He has executed some of the largest and most notable transactions in New York City history for a diverse set of accomplished clients.

Before a career in real estate, Clayton spent 8 years working in the finance and technology industries, most recently running Business Development at Identified, a Silicon Valley venture-backed startup that was acquired by Workday. He is on the Board of his West Village co-op, and when not in Manhattan, also works and resides in Amagansett and Miami. He holds a B.S. in Finance from the Villanova School of Business, where he graduated with honors.
