Clayton Orrigo

Clayton Orrigo founded The Hudson Advisory Team, a tech-based real estate firm, in 2017. Alongside his business partner, Stephen Ferrara, Clayton leads one of the highest grossing agent teams in the country, providing strategic real estate advice and marketing solutions based on a data-driven and high-touch service approach. The Hudson Advisory Team has executed some of the largest transactions in New York City history for a diverse set of accomplished clients.

Hudson Advisory is ranked #1 Mega Team in New York City by the Wall Street Journal, conducting well over $4 Billion of real estate sales throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the Hamptons since 2017. In 2021 and 2022, Hudson Advisory completed over $2.5 Billion in real estate transaction volume.

Prior to real estate, Clayton ran Business Development at Identified, a Silicon Valley venture-backed startup that was acquired by Workday (WDAY). He graduated with honors from Villanova University, with a dual concentration in finance and entrepreneurship. Clayton’s primary residence is in the West Village, and he is a proud Board Member of The River Fund.

    With firsthand experience in real estate redevelopment, Bobby is currently involved in projects across New York, New Jersey, and Florida. A lifelong New Yorker, he has built a practice across Manhattan, Brooklyn and The Hamptons. Prior to real estate, Bobby spent over a decade as an executive with global luxury brands including Ralph Lauren, Hugo Boss, and Brioni, where he oversaw international sales, merchandising, and design. A serial entrepreneur, he also developed multiple fitness ventures in Brooklyn. Bobby is fluent in Spanish and conversant in Italian.

    Callie is a member of the Brooklyn division of the Hudson Advisory Team. Her background in finance and entrepreneurship has helped her build a strong network and her expert interpersonal skills allow her to speak knowledgeably on an array of topics. Before transitioning to real estate, Callie co-founded and ran TACK Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Brooklyn. Prior to that, she was the COO at Magnises, a Silicon Valley venture-backed startup, and also worked as a Financial Analyst at Goldman Sachs for three years. Callie graduated from Duke University with a BA in Public Policy. She currently lives in DUMBO with her husband and two children.

    A consistent leader in the Brooklyn market and head of the Hudson Advisory Team’s Brooklyn division, Eric represents $450,000,000+ in closed transactions and more than a decade of real estate experience. Drawing on a background in finance, specifically mortgage banking, and currently the developer of multiple residential projects, Eric is uniquely well-rounded in virtually every aspect of real estate. Originally from Sharon, Massachusetts, he currently lives in Williamsburg with his wife and two children.

    Originally from Ireland with a robust background in International Hospitality and entrepreneurship, Kelly has accrued over 14 years in the real estate industry. She honed her expertise during her tenure at a prominent brokerage firm, handling all facets of residential sales and rentals. Kelly's extensive understanding of the real estate market is matched by her commitment to fostering genuine client relationships. Her approachability and deep comprehension of client requirements set her apart. With a specialty in Brooklyn, Kelly’s intimate knowledge of the market, coupled with her meticulous attention to detail, ensures excellence in every transaction.

    Having relocated from Ireland to New York City seven years ago, she offers a distinctive perspective on neighborhood evaluation and relocation. Kelly is a proud alumna of Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh, holding a BA in International Hospitality Management. She currently lives in Brooklyn with her family.

    Outside of work, Kelly's passions include traveling, embarking on adventures with her two daughters, practicing hot yoga, and reading. She is also a proud volunteer at a Brooklyn-based non-profit dedicated to assisting single mothers in need.
