Clayton Orrigo

Clayton Orrigo founded The Hudson Advisory Team, a tech-based real estate firm, in 2017. Alongside his business partner, Stephen Ferrara, Clayton leads one of the highest grossing agent teams in the country, providing strategic real estate advice and marketing solutions based on a data-driven and high-touch service approach. The Hudson Advisory Team has executed some of the largest transactions in New York City history for a diverse set of accomplished clients.

Hudson Advisory is ranked #1 Mega Team in New York City by the Wall Street Journal, conducting well over $4 Billion of real estate sales throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the Hamptons since 2017. In 2021 and 2022, Hudson Advisory completed over $2.5 Billion in real estate transaction volume.

Prior to real estate, Clayton ran Business Development at Identified, a Silicon Valley venture-backed startup that was acquired by Workday (WDAY). He graduated with honors from Villanova University, with a dual concentration in finance and entrepreneurship. Clayton’s primary residence is in the West Village, and he is a proud Board Member of The River Fund.

    With almost a decade of experience in the Hamptons Real Estate market, Ash has built her career on both operational and brokerage experience. Having also grown up on the East End, Ash provides clients with her encyclopedic knowledge of each hamlet. She is also known for her unique creative eye for each property based on a passion for videography and photography. As Director of Operations for Hudson Advisory Hamptons, Ash manages the end-to-end business operations, processes, and marketing initiatives. In her leisure time, Ash meets with a group of young women in real estate to share their business insights and provide overall support. She is also looking to get more involved within the LGBTQ community and local charities.

    Now a multi-million-dollar producer, Chelsea quickly ascended as a super-agent at a young age. After relocating to the Hamptons, she partnered with The Hudson Advisory Team to drive her business out East. Chelsea previously managed an office with over 300 agents and $1 billion in production. Her day-to-day role included recruitment, training, and motivating new agents. Over the years, Chelsea has developed a strong reputation within the industry and earned professional recognition from her contemporaries, as well as distinction as a leader in the residential brokerage vertical.

    As one of the founding agents of Compass in 2014, Chris Ritchey was a member of the Scholz Team in Manhattan. Chris was integral in repositioning the largest NYC residential deal in 2015, Blackstone’s acquisition of a $680M portfolio consisting of 24 buildings. In just a few months the team repositioned this portfolio to be valued at over $1 Billion.

    Chris made the move to the Hamptons full-time and co-founded The Hovey | Ritchey Team, ranked among the top 1.5% of over 1.6 million Real Estate professionals in the United States by the Wall Street Journal in 2021, 2022 and 2023. In 2023 Chris joined The Hudson Advisory Team, ranked the #1 Mega Team in New York State by the Wall Street Journal, conducting well over $4 Billion of real estate sales throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the Hamptons, since 2017.

    Chris presents his clients with the most relevant options and best opportunities based on their needs and desires, whether it be a summer rental or buying a home for life. He makes the search extremely efficient and educates his clients through the entire transaction to the closing table and beyond. Chris also has an incredible eye for design and staging a home to help sellers market their properties resulting in a higher sales price and fewer days on market.

    Chris grew up on his family's horse farm, home to Preakness and Belmont winner Afleet Alex. As an avid horseman, he is a member of the Compass Equestrian Division, a national network of vetted real estate agents who truly understand the equestrian lifestyle.

    Chris is the Vice President of the Board of Directors for C.T.R.E.E. (Center for Therapeutic Riding of the East End) as well as Co-Chair of their annual Horses Changing Lives Benefit at Sebonack Golf Club. He is also an active volunteer with East End Cares

    Cindy is a real estate expert, philanthropist, and entrepreneur. Having launched her real estate career at the age of 20, she went on to join Compass as a founding agent. Cindy focuses on residential acquisitions, repositioning, sales, and global executive relocation. Her clients consist of financial institutions, such as LivCor at Blackstone, family-managed residential portfolios, wealth managers, and private investors. Above and beyond her real estate expertise, Cindy became a top voice in the NY tech, art and impact circles, as a respected entrepreneur and investor. An avid supporter of female leaders in NY, she co-founded Women of Compass, a platform to empower female homeownership. She is also an active member of the Milken Institute’s Young Leaders’ Circle and serves on the Board of Directors for Chashama, which advocates helping individuals see the value in art.
